HOW SHIPPING WORKS 

If you pay for expedited shipping (two day, overnight, etc.) that does not guarantee that the order will arrive the following day or in two days - in most cases.  Shipping is based on when the order has been fulfilled and ready to ship, NOT when the order has been placed.  

Example: if an order is placed on a Friday and the customer has paid for overnight delivery, that order may not be delivered until Tuesday.  The order may get fulfilled on Monday and then shipped out that night, thusly arriving the following day.  

We do our best to fulfill orders expeditiously, but we are more focused on making sure the product(s) being sent out meets our standards above everything else.  If we create a product that does not meet our standards, we will redo the product, sometimes causing a delay when it and/or the total order is shipped.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

We do have fulfillment centers located in multiple areas/cities/locations.  Some orders may be shipped from more than one location to help speed up shipping times and/or product availability in most cases.  This may result in one package arriving earlier than the other(s).
